As much as we'd like to, this option is not yet allowed at the moment. If you are not available to pick up your order on the scheduled date, you may assign a representative and prepare the following:
● Representative's Valid ID
● Authorization letter with their full name signed by you
● Photocopy of your Valid ID
● Screenshot of Order No. from email
Can I just book Grab/Lalamove/etc to pick up my order? Print
